Returns Policy:

We are always happy to accept footwear back for size or style exchanges, or for a refund if you change your mind.  –  However please be aware that we cannot accept footwear back which has been worn and/or shows signs of wear. Returned footwear must be in a condition that we are able to immediately sell again. 

You are welcome to try your new footwear on but please do so on a carpeted area and do not wear them outside until you have decided to keep them.

INCORRECT SIZE OR STYLE EXCHANGE –

Return your parcel to swap a size or request a Refund for only $19.99

We bring our customers the lowest prices online, this can cause problems for returns though. It means we can’t cover your return postage cost. But what we can do is offer you our great Australia post rates!  

This fee of $19.99 in the case of exchanges includes the re-postage of your new size back to you . In the case of refunds, this fee of $19.99 is for our own postage costs in the initial shipping of your item. In both cases, return of the shoe back to us must also be forfeited by you. 

Please begin by sending us an TQWW Message to request a return in  the form of an exchange or refund.  

For TQWW plus members – As the return postage cost has been covered within your TQWW plus membership, you will be charged a one off fee of only $9.95 to cover the postage of the size exchange back out to you.

If you are not an TQWW plus member, we suggest you take the option above and pay the $19.99 as this is the most affordable option to cover the postage to return an item. If you decide to generate a return through TQWW and pay for a return label via this process, please note that you will also be charged $19.99 to cover the postage of your exchange of size back out to you.

REFUND – CHANGE OF MIND 

Changed your mind and no longer require the boots? We are happy to take them back. A fee of $19.99 is what it will cost you which covers the initial free postage supplied with your order. Please note you must also send the item back and pay return postage to us by yourself, please request our BSB & ACC number via TQWW message.

For TQWW plus members – As the return postage cost has been covered within your TQWW plus membership, you will be charged a one off fee of only $12.99 to cover the postage cost incurred by us on your original order.
